Having represented clients before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, Consumer Forums, Real Estate Authorities, and Arbitral Tribunals, he brings deep expertise in arbitration, commercial law, insolvency and bankruptcy, service, insurance, real estate, labour, taxation, and writ jurisdiction. He also serves as Central Government Standing Counsel and Senior Standing Counsel (CBIC) before the Delhi High Court, along with representing multiple state entities, banks, and corporations. Arnav is also a trusted advisor to businesses across multiple sectors with end-to-end assistance in GST implementation, compliance, and litigation. He has represented clients in GST disputes before authorities and tribunals, securing favorable outcomes in complex cases. Arnav is also the Founder and Chief Editor of a legal newsletter – On Caveat, which provides updates and summaries pertaining to the latest judgments passed by the Supreme Court and the Delhi High Court.

 

Mudit Gupta, Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India, complements this experience with exceptional procedural and strategic expertise. He possesses in-depth knowledge of money laundering issues and is handling numerous disputes under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). Mudit has represented the Union of India before the Delhi High Court, where he handled a variety of matters pertaining to Constitutional Law, Information Technology Act, Company Law, Service Law, P.I.Ls, Criminal Law etc. He has also worked extensively for the Union of India on matters relating to the Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, etc. qua several Public Sector Banks. He has also worked extensively on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and has thus developed a deep and thorough understanding of the various nuances involved therein.
